Free Shipping on All Orders Fan City - DIRECT! offers free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Most orders arrive within 10 business days of the order date. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via major carriers including UPS and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Tracking information will be provided via email within 24 hours of fulfillment. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Exclusions At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands), APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
